Ingredients
- 1 glass cold water still or sparkling
- 1 lemon or lime
- 1 teaspoon organic chia seeds
- natural sweetener of choice to taste (optional) stevia, maple syrup, honey
- refreshing herbs (optional) mint, peppermint, basil or coriander
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and stir well. Leave for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soak up water.
- Stir occasionally as the seeds will settle.
