What is Daysy
Daysy is a fertility tracking device. Daysy uses the fertility awareness method by learning and tracking your menstrual cycle. Daysy tells you when you have ovulated by confirming your Basal Body Temperature.

How does the Daysy work exactly ?
Daysy uses a morning measurement of your basal body temperature to detect ovulation in your cycle. Just measure the temperature under your tongue in the morning and you will know whether you are fertile or not. Depending on the current cycle phase, the indicator lights red or green.
In addition, Daysy records your menstrual cycle history and shows you which cycles are currently taking place in your uterus. It is hardly easier to become aware of your body.
Daysy Red Light – means you’re in your fertile window so if you want to prevent pregnancy you can then choose to abstain on those days or use a barrier such as condoms. Of course if you’re trying to conceive you would go for gold on green light days 🙂

Days Green Light – indicates that you’re outside of your fertile window. Most women choose not to use a barrier method with their partner on these days. It’s your choice but please note that Daysy does not protect against STDs
Red Flashing Light – day of ovulation
Yellow Light – learning phase/cycle variations. On yellow days, Daysy is still better acquainted with you. If pregnancy is out of the question for you right now, consider these days as red and use a barrier method of your choice.

How to use Daysy
Step 1: Every morning when you wake up, you measure your temperature under your tongue.
Step 2: If you’re on your period enter it.
Step 3: Wait for a few seconds as Daysy evaluates your data and shows you if you are fertile or not.
Daysy has an app that you can sync your data to so you’re able to see your menstrual cycle history or share it with your partner or doctor.
