Omega seed sprinkles aka bird food for humans. Five seeds combined for a naturally healthy blend of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are essential fats which the human body needs for many functions, from building healthy cells to maintaining brain and nerve function. Our bodies can’t produce them so we must source them from food. Not only is this mix an Omega powerhouse it’s also packed with fibre, zinc, protein, iron and vitamin E. It makes for a delicious healthy sprinkle to top your yogurt, salad, porridge or soup. I like to add a couple of tablespoons to homemade almond butter and sprinkle it on top of homemade bread. Anyhow you choose to use this mix it will quickly become your new all-purpose nutrition booster. It’s a great way to sneak in some extra nutrients into kids meals as well. My little princess actually requests this as a topping for her favourite porridge.

Ann even amount of the following seeds
Instructions
- Grind seeds in a coffee grinder or small food processor. I prefer mine crunchy so I do not blend to a powder.

I already have all the ingredients for this Thanks Krystal. Will make it soon.
Good to hear Kirtz!
I would use this on SO many things! I love it!
Thanks Rebecca. It’s my go to all purpose nutrition booster!
Fun post and I love how you lined up all your seeds in the first photo! I am a big fan of all things “seedy”, although I have never made a blend-great idea! Another favorite of mine are hemp seeds-another good plant source of omega 3’s 🙂
Thank you! Well you’ve found yourself a fellow seed lover here! 🙂 Hemp seeds are one of my favorites as well!
They look really great! I’m not big into granola, but only because I can’t eat a whole lot of it, I do enjoy the crunchiness, this would be a great alternative though, pinning!
Thank you Sheena. These add a nice bite of crunch to any dish.
Love this combo, and your suggestion to grind it finer for (kids) less adventurous eaters, or less fine for those of us who enjoy our seeds!

Thank you Jules! That’s the beauty of this, it can be customised to suit our needs.. 🙂
What a lovely idea. I’d throw hemp seeds into mine too for good measure 🙂
Thanks Audrey. I love hemp seeds as well!
